Data deletion instructions

AkioLife’s Meta app (“AkioLife WebContent”) connects only to AkioLife’s own Instagram account. It does not let visitors log in, and it does not store data about other Instagram users.

To delete information you’ve shared with us

  1. Send a DM to @theakiolife with the subject “Data deletion request”.
  2. Tell us what you’d like deleted (for example, messages you sent us).
  3. We’ll confirm and delete it within 30 days.

To remove an app’s access to your Instagram account

  1. Open Instagram and go to Settings.
  2. Open “Apps and websites”.
  3. Find the app and choose “Remove”.
