Some fragrances don't just smell good. They become memories. Versace Pour Homme had been on my wishlist for the longest time, and it finally joined my collection.

How I discovered it

The first time I experienced this fragrance wasn't at a store. A friend, the musician Sumit Talwar, wore it one day, and I still remember asking, "What fragrance are you wearing?" It smelled fresh, clean, elegant and effortlessly sophisticated.

From that moment, it quietly earned a permanent spot on my wishlist. My friend Bhawana brought my bottle all the way from Dubai, where it's comparatively more affordable than in India.

The story behind the bottle

Versace launched Pour Homme in 2008. It was created by Alberto Morillas, one of the most celebrated perfumers in the world, and inspired by the Mediterranean. More than fifteen years on, it's still one of the most loved fresh fragrances for men.
